It was very helpful to have this home visit and to know about the different ways in which support is available and the services offered. Learning about the Echo Hub and counselling services was of particular interest. Not wanting to over burden the medical services, knowing the right person to contact when your loved one is ill and you need advice has been a concern.

Thank you for seeing us today I cannot think of anything that would have improved the care and attention given to us.
