I have put excellent to all. However, I am a student so they do not all apply directly to me, but the care that i witness that was received by the patients and their families from the H@H team and CNS team was second to none!!! The H@H team have been so welcoming and i felt part of the team very quickly and never felt that i was not a valued member of the team. It was easy to contribute to the team and to be involved in the day to day running, such as inputting within the handover. When working with CNS team, it was as equally easy to feel valued, and they are always willing to help you learn and be involved where possible. Sonia and Carly from the CNS team took me out with them and always made me feel at ease. They really enabled me to understand their role and never made me feel inferior (THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH). From H@H they are all equally fantastic. No matter if i was with a RN or a HCA, they were all amazing. I can not thank you all enough for the experience and you all have very much tempted me to work with you.
