I am completing this survey on behalf of my mother who was receiving hospice palliative care from St Wilfrids Hospice. Everyone from the receptionist when I have called through to the doctors we met Dr Louise Davis and Dr Mo (apologies cannot recall surname) were very good. I have to highlight Dr Davis she was better than very good her compassion and time spent with my mother was exceptional. Her demeanour and thoughtfulness made a difficult time very much calmer and easier to deal with. Thank you St Wilfrids and thank you Dr Davis. Regards Matt Flynn
