Extremely attentive, kind staff.
The nurses and health care assistants were fantastic.
They were calm, professional when other patients mooned at they for things out of their control.
I can't sing their praises highly enough.

HCA on nights (Bob) was very caring and were above his role with empathy and dignity.
Nurse associate predictions Amelia was caring showed empathy, dignity and treated patients and family with respect in a professional manner.

The nursing staff and the doctors have been simply brilliant. The nurses were so kind and very approachable. The nurses work incredibly hard in a very busy environment. They are great professionals, they just need more resources and funding.

Daytime care exceptional, night time was good depending of agency staff who did not project the same level of care.

The warmth and attention received from the nursing staff particularly, as well as the members of the surgical team. They have all had to great sense of humour and helped ease my anxiety during a particularly stressful period. I felt listened to at all times and involved in the decision making.

Nurses were attentive and always ready to help.
Communication with orthopedic dept was slow - we had to wait a long time to get our questions answered.
