I am in the middle of still receiving support from yourselves which I anticipate will increase as prognosis is not good I have however received amazing support so far. Sometimes I do not know what I need to know so I cannot always ask the right questions but you have been there with answers.
Suggested improvements
Cannot think of anything. I have been impressed with service so far. In a recent update of my will I have included a donation to St. Peter's hospice in appreciation of the work you do.

I receive telephone support and have not yet needed to ever visit the hospice so my experience is limited. My support worker is knowledgeable informed about my treatment and condition. The phone calls are always uplifting and supportive and I look forward to them.
Suggested improvements
I was diagnosed and referred to St. Peters during lockdown- as such I have only ever had telephone support. It would be great to meet Angie for a cup of tea! Could they start offering face to face meetings?

Every carer came in with respect of one household and much dignity towards John. The kindness towards us and brought peace and consolation.

Staff are exceptional- nothing is too much trouble. Always happy to help 24/7- cheerful and front you were the utmost dignity and respct for privacy.
