The carers that came with our home where always polite, introducing themselves and interacted with all family members as well as my husband.

Review of St Peter's - Inpatient Team written by

Instant access to St. Peter's hospice and employees is a realisation there is a specific field for EOL and knowledge that should be more availability in the community.

Suggested improvements
Had a chance to prewarn mum about mouth brush and not first use the middle of the night some patients dod ot like to much fussing about perfection it intruds on last minute family time and causes unnecessary stress to patient that disliker being moved and would prefer peace - (do not ignore those that have known them the longest).

The interaction between the many people who were involved was excellent. Each visitor had good knowledge of our situation.

Review of St Peter's Hospice - Community Team written by

I have been very well treated by all members of the St. Peter's hospice team. Everyone with whom I have been in contact has taken kind and caring.

Suggested improvements
Not really it is just that I was a little confused initially about what was being offered but I think this was mainly because I have to deal with many different organisations dealing with my husband for whom I am his carer.

Had no idea that St. P3H offered support in the community when ill (husband has cancer). Help and advcie has been invaluable - nurse offering practical help with medication and a lsitening ear physios too - was not able to access any NHS help to utterly invaluable thank you.

Suggested improvements
Long delay between being referred and being contacted but we know pressure on all services is intense and did not know what we were nursing any way in the end call came exactly when we needed it.
