Mum's pain relief is being expertly managed. Mum says everybody here is 'lovely' and 'beautiful' she has really enjoyed the food. J, her daughter feel very supported and cared far too.
Empathy and support is second to none.
Following the decision my husband made in hospital to come home to die the palliation care team immediate worked so hard to get everything in place. St. peters hospice came in inordinately offering initially one visit per day to start within about 2 days. Once home the support staff that visited were so friendly, compassionate, respectful and understanding, each visit.
Totally satisfied with my experience. Staff were very caring.
I know that there is always support and advice available on the telephone should I need it.
I am satisfied what they have done. They are very nice enthusiastic and compassionate. They took with very hard and very patient. I am grateful to them.
Only meet people a few times, come out a least once a month to see that person, rather than a phone call.
Compassionate care so far.
