Everything good about care. Have used wide range of services. Family have music therapy. I have spiritual support. Everything is excellent more support for hospice from outside is only improvement I can think of.

Review of St Peter's PSS - Social Work written by a family member

I can't really fault my care. It might have been nice to have more activities but sometimes I wouldn't have felt up to it. I found the whole place very peaceful and the garden was lovely. The dinners were delicious. Everyone was kind to me and made me feel special.

I find it difficult to suggest improvement as I found the experience of attending the AT sessions full of tender care and concern. First the transpart, reception and staff. The whole atmosphere full me expresses love and practical sensible help.

The friendliness of the staff, helpful without being intrusive. Excellent help when emotionally upset. Very good communication from all staff - Doctors questioning and summary excellent. beautiful surroundings n gardens, single room really worked and being able to walk in grounds. It was extremely useful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my days in the hospital. The staff were brilliant and I was very well looked after. Making tied with other patients and Richard the Antist.

It was difficult for me to get my mother to agree to someone coming in bus when she met Lynne she lited her and felt at ease with her. This is a great relief to me for the future. From my perspective the only improvement would be a bit more notice and the ability to book someone in advance/
