The scent of the oils, the beautiful garden and building.
Victoria's calmness. A lovely place to be.
The people we have had delings with are very thoughtfull, caring and are there for you if they are needed.
I found care was of an extremely high standard. Staff and volunteers were wonderful.
For me I found that nothing could be improved upon and it was an uplifting experience.
One day in the hospice (outpatients) -this was excellent -but too late in our case as illness prevented further days spent there.
The community clinical nurse specialist was nice but ineffectual. From our perspective, we don't feel she did much at all (unless it was behind the scenes and we were unware of it :) she visitted on 3 occasion but when we really needed her, near the end, she was unavailable and didn't return our call asking for help.
Al was absotally perfect.
Nothing to improve.
Treated like I was in a 7 star hotel which really helped me to recover.
The care given to my mum has been exemplary . Every person, from consultant to housekeeping staff, has been kind and understanding of our ershons at this time.
St. Peter's hospice is 2 shining star and will receive as much support through fund raising as we can manage!
Thank you, every one of you.
The staff were all very caring and took great care in making sure I was well looked after. All info given to me was constructive and helpful.
