Ros Gront very sympathetic and calm. Visiting weekly or fortnight was extremely comforting. Her medical expertise meant that she was able to liaise with the GP to sort out medication reducing dosage and their side effects.
The care my mother received from the hospice and home staff was excellent.
All staff were very caring, not only to my mother but also my step-father who is very blind and myself.
We always felt very supported through mum's last couple of weeks.
Thank you to all the staff from the bottom of our hearts.
Nothing needs to be improved. What I found was the staff was so kind and gentle, with this wonderful calm which for me helped me to relax more. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would also like to mention how clean it was. I am a perfectionists!! This was very good to see. Towards my latter end.
The care that my brother inlaw has had has been exemplary.
Well looked after. Still treated with dignity and respect even when given staff lip.
General kindness of all the staff.
The care of my wife in the day Hospice was very good and my wife enjoyed the time she went there.
The Bereavement lady Ruth helped me a lot and talked and also listened. I owe all a great deal. Keep up the good work.
You can't improve on 120% care.

After loosing my dear husband the loving care shown to me was second to none. And cannot see how anything could be improved.
My husband came to St Peters on numerous Wednesday over several periods of time also two or three short in patient stay to sort out his medication. He always came home so very happy ans positive. And said what a wonderful place St Peters was.
