Jamie and I were listened to very respectfully.
Staff were alert to our needs.
I could stay - Move in! and be with Janie every step of the way. This was vital. As was the encouragement to 'make the room our own space'.
It was heart warming that staff had read the noted about Janie (spiritual/interests etc) and always used our names.
We were shown more than care - we were given love.
Improved? ' "crispy duvet"- but I just brought in my own when I realized I could.

Everyone from St. Peters have been just amazing, Michelle Brown, Lisann Cole, Vicki?
Each one made my mum feel comfortable, cared fir and treated her with dignity and kindness.
Lisann stayed with us until my mum passed and without her an incredibly hard situation would of been so much harder.
Michelle supports dad moving on and I will never forget her kindness to me and mum.
You are all angels - thank you so much.

Introduced me to an aspect of importance to me but which had received same attention prior to this course at St. Peters.
Got me out and about with similar fork to me.

I had a back massage which was very relaxing and the staff are very understanding and helpful. I think the 12 week course was very beneficial to me. I shall miss it.

My husband received the greatest care. Nothing was too much trouble. The nurses were very caring and understanding to myself his wife as well. They were of the highest standard. The nurse overwhelming his care was absolutely brilliantly and made him feel reassured every time she telephones him and came to see him. We both felt that we could contact her, on if she was not there, someone was able to give us advice. No words can express our sincere gratitude.

Taught me to think positive.
Gave me confidence with my breathing and overcame my scary thoughts about my outcome.
Cannot think of any improvements just carry on the good work with the next class.
