As a family we’ve been supported by St Peters Hospice over for a couple of months. The community nurse and social worker have been on hand for advice and being able to email makes such a difference when you have questions and need time to digest the answers.
Thank you St Peters Bristol your help has been invaluable.

I cant fault the care and attention I have received. The quality of the staff and content of the course is excellent.
I will be leaving the course (sadly) more motivated and more in control of my lifestyle.
