Review of St Peter's Day services - Day Care Unit written by a family member
30th April 2020

Daycare - This was the highlight of her week and I only wish she could have come more often. - She loved medication, and used the Lectio 365 app until the day she died. - Loved the meal and was generally made to feel very special. - Enjoyed chatting to people. - Loved the foot massage and hair cut. It's difficult to think of what could have been improved. Perhaps smaller portions at lunch - She did not feel she could have a say over this!

I cannot thank each and every one of the St. Peters staff enough for the incredible level of care, compassion and professionalism that they demonstrated whilst dealing with my further Kingsley Knott. The hospice at home nurses that cared for dad were Pat, Sharon and Kate - they were all so kind and supportive to both dad and myself. I am extremely grateful for Pat who was with dad through the night so I could get a few has rest and Kate who was by our side when dad passed away. You are all incredible and keep doing what you do.

Review of St Peter's PSS - Bereavement Services written by a family member

The time I had with my counselor could not have been improved at time. Jane took the time to get to know me personally and made my sessions around this. My only thing that could have been improved extra sessions as since my sessions have ending. I have been struggling.

The community nurse specialists Carolyn Taylor and Kate Jellent were kind, helpful and supportive. The hospice at home registered nurses ensured a pain free and peaceful end of life for her, my wife.

Review of St Peter's PSS - Arts Psychotherapies written by a family member
30th April 2020

Pip was fantastic and did help me to a certain degree, however the service is not long enough especially when you start going through your past and have issues to deal with. The sessions I received were great but not enough. The policy of no being able to advise on further treatment or who to go to is not helpful I would of loved to pay to continue to see Pip, this man would of funded or helped. Going on an emotional journey and getting slightly through is not great when you have to start again. Pip was amazing and I really wish I could of continued my sessions as I am still really struggling.

The support and care received as been invaluable to us as a family - Losing a parent is tremendously hard at any age but for a younger person it throws up all sorts of additional emotions. My daughter has really enjoyed the safe and comfortable space provided for her to open up about how she has been feeling since daddy died. My only 'niggle' is how long it takes to get the support but I completely understand why! Thank you.

I had around 7 sessions of bereavement councelling with Roz. I cannot speak highly enough of Roz, she made me feel comfortable from the moment we met. She is incredibly patient and truly listens. I felt cared for and respected, while Roz maintained professionalism. She has helped me incredibly. Thank you.
