All the staff that I came into contact with showed care and compassion to my dying wife, they treated her with kindness in a very difficult situation.

Throughout my stay I have been treated with dignity and respect for exceeding my expectation. I arrived with intractable pain and immediately felt reserved that I would recover the care and would need. It was my birthday during my stay and I was very touched to have been made a cake.
Suggested improvements
There could have been more versatility in the vegetarian menu. I understand that due to the Covid pandemic there is a limited menu, I have also experienced a more versatile vegetarian menu when I used the day hospice service.

Nothing was too much trouble. Felt safe and supported kindness was extraordinary - an environment where the word no was not present. A joy to be here.

All staff good very placement nothing too much trouble could not ask for anything better.

The 24/7 contact- especially Maria on weekend who gave calm professional advice which gave me the confidence to deal with medical pain relief.
