Due to the virus-9 was unable to join groups./nMore communication about future plans re this would be kind as fall are left in { }.

Suggested improvements
I was stuck one we end needing urgent medical advice and as I live alone - I had not been advised I could phone St. Peter's for a resident doctors advice. I was totally unaware of this availability.

Within a couple of days of receiving a terminal cancer diagnosis I was connected by Saint Peter's hospital my assigned nurse specialist Joel Cullen has been absolutely fantastic in his care and advice that he is given me. He is a fountain of knowledge experience and expertise and has reassured me continuously my journey has been made variable purely down to the contact I get from Joel.

Suggested improvements
There is absolutely nothing that Saint Peter's could do better. The whole team a fantastic Joel Cullen in particularly has helped me and enormously.

I am an outpatient receiving phone support. Helpful and supportive. Psychological benefit of contact cannot be overstated

Suggested improvements
Contact with same person each time would be nice, though I appreciate this is not easy at this time.
