We are very happy with the care, the staff are amazing all the staff are very caring and explaining things we would like to thank all the staff for the amazing job they are doing.
An all round service, focusing a emotional aspects as well as physical.
Obviously due to current restrictions. Contact has been on a phone service only.
In Spite of difficult conditions due to the coronavirus pandemic, the staff have done everything they can to take care of your family.
Jack: was lovely, she helped create a safe space for me to be able to tell her what was on my mind. She gave me some great advice and tips to help me going forward. I was put at ease and allowed to share anything Jack; helped me to understand how/why is feeling certain ways was.
You can ask the staff anything the staff answer all enquries if they cant answer staight away they will do they with find the answer. Talking you as soon as they do.
Everyone has been attentive, caring and informative. We have felt supported during a very difficult time.
I have had very real help with managing pain. I have been very grateful to Cath Collins who has been reassuring, caring and so easy to talk to she has given the practical help but dealing with the GP to act pain relief but on my regular description. It is so good to know that she and the rest of the team are there at the end of the phone.
Because of the situation I am in regarding my health, I spent 18 weeks as a outpatient, during which time I was treated with the upmost respect and care from top to bottom
