Review of St Peter's PFS - Bereavement Services written by

We only received help right at the end. It would have been good if involved earlier and mum had had someone to talk with outside the family. The bereavement counseling was very helpful and certainly helped in initial few weeks and month.

Things were getting hard at home despite the hard work of community team. Once settled in my wife was more relaxed and happy and so were the family it lifted a huge burden. The support given to me was more than I excited too.

Suggested improvements
Difficult to say as covid restricted what was normally available. Just glad me and family could visit.

The staff that looked after my mum were so caring and got her the right medication so she did not suffer.

Suggested improvements
The only thing that upset me was trying to get end of life rugs we had to visit so many pharmacies when we should have been spending time with { }.
