The levels of attention, care and professionlism vulnerable they were nothing short of excellent and so very post { } of all I had heard previously.
Karen and the team went above and beyond to make sure our family and loved one was treated with respect and did everything to make him as comfortable as he could be.
Everyone so understand and there for you.
Efficient and friendly. Could not be better.
I received bereavement support from the lovely Mary Kirke following the death of my husband. Mary has been so kind and understanding during our conversations and has helped me think through all my emotions and understand they are perfectly normal and OK. The 'listening ear' service has helped me in taking baby steps forward now I am on my own without my husband. I will add the care my husband had in the 4 days he was at St Peters before his death was amazing - St Peters is a wonderful place to be at such a sad devastating time.
My reaction to the questions.
I have only had telephone conversations with your nurses but they were very polite and helpful and caring people. They put ourselves at ease advising me how to take my medication. It is also reassuring knowing there on the end of a telephone call giving advice.
All the staff which I have seen have been extremely kind, caring and explained everything in detail which made me feel at ease.
Everyone kind and caring.
