Easy to quickly form a relationship based on trust, support, credibility Great guidance and clear that the therapist and other staff were knowledgeable, experienced and trying to make the short sessions work for me and for my benefit Helped immensely in trying to make sense of how grief affects people and that we are not alone Helped me as an individual to try and restore some confidence in myself. Re treatment for my partner the doctors were extremely understanding, they listened and were an excellent link with the gp so the best meds were prescribed in a timely way.

Suggested improvements
I had counselling ... one to one for 6 weeks. I felt this was a really good amount too start with because there is a lot to think about coming out of the sessions. However, personally I would have appreciated a lets check in session maybe after 3 months and after 6 months. I know I am not alone, but when people continue to treat you as if you are invisible, this is very hard and the thought of the fact I have had my last therapy session makes it harder.
