The care and support provided to my father by the carers was so appreciated We would not have een able to do it without you. By keeping him at home we were able to carry and hs final wishes. The overnight visits were also invaluable. Thank you all so very much.
Suggested improvements
Not knowing when the final visit will be. It would be nice to have a follow up visit, this would give familiar the opportunities to say goodbye and pass on our gratitude in person.
