The kindness and support I have received from the bereavement service following my husband's death have been second to none. Being able to talk to someone outside the family about how I was feeling and how I would cope with the situation has been invaluable. Meetings were always relaxed, never hurried and always left me feeling better, with something positive to achieve before the next meeting. I knew should I feel I could not cope I could get in touch with my counsellor. During "lockdown" we have kept in touch with regular phone calls. After several months I am now feeling much more positive and know things will get better. I will always be grateful for the support. Thank you.
