I felt the assigned person had little understanding of me, my initial assessment with. Ben was so very helpful however. I did not feel benefit from the assigned call and decided not to continue.

Suggested improvements
*Kept appointment as arranged (changed 3 times. 1 of which./n* The person calling had accurate information./n* The person calling should have better listening skills.
