Share review of St. Peter's Hospice

I have not been able to fault any of the actions taken and care give to my wife whilst she has been in St. Peters Hospice.

Nothing from a care point of view. I think this form should be rewritten in the present terms not the past, or it should be offered when treatment is concluded.
