I an filling out this questionaire as a daughter whos mum passed away in a very traumatic illness for all my family. My mum wanted to pass over at home with all of her family with her. St. Peters hospice staff with their constant support, care for my mum and their care support and help allowed my mum to achieve her wishes with dignaty and allowed us with support help and guidance to spend every last minute with my mum. I do hope all your staff can understand what you all did for us and just how grateful we all are. Thank-you just seems so inadequat me personally I also had coucilling sessions after my mums passing to cry to help come to terms with mums passing and to try to see sense with it all. My gratatuide to all you wonderful people will stay with me.
