Because of lockdown it was difficult to obtain face to face support. Also we wanted help overnight but did not manage to get this during the past week.
Suggested improvements
We realise that the pandemic impacted upon the service we really needed. Sometimes it was difficult to know who we should contact - District nurse, GP or hospice.
