This is tricky. Staff are doing their best, but it seems to not be improving.

I think one has to understand that the nurses are under a lot of pressure with rules and regulations. If one is patient, I think they would understand that you're aware of the pressure they are under.

In my case there was a misunderstanding about the 15 minutes. I was lead to believe it was 15 mins a day rather than 15 mins an hour, I did get very bad claustrophobia.

Staff keep up the good work. Always treated with care and compassion by staff.

The staff were kind and responsive this week. They were reassuring when I had to go to hospital and listened to my concerns. I did feel though previously they ignored the fact I wasn’t eating and why.

Most staff are lovely and very supportive. One of the night staff said things to me at my most vulnerable that shouldn't have been said.
