I have been pleasantly surprised by the vast majority of those providing care. I've been helped with issues that have arisen.
Suggested improvements
Some patients seem to be able to reach levels of high distress without much intervention. Also had two items gone missing on the ward and no room searches were done.

I have been looked after well by all the staff. I liked and enjoyed all the activates.

I was treated with respect at all times and there was always someone to talk to.

I suggested that when staff do their checks they actually speak to patients, I was told I would be spoken to separately which made me feel like a pest.
