Add more weekend activities. Some staff (agency) don't attend to patient's needs and are often using phones and are disinterested in how the patients are doing.

Most staff are kind and compassionate. There are a variety of activities. The food is good and meets my dietary needs.

Some agency staff aren't very attentive or kind. More weekend activities. Change ward mind to be less intimidating.
