I feel supported on the ward. Am happy with the care. Staff are kind, the food is lovely and the nurses are really nice.

Lots of activities. Kind, compassionate staff. Very clean and good food, meeting vegan requirements.

In general the service is good, only let down by agency staff who don't appear to care in the same way that regular staff do.

Consistency, too many rules etc. that are only adhered to by some staff, makes this more frustrating for patients.

It's been okay, day staff are great.
Suggested improvements
Too many agency staff at night who couldn't care less. Have meal times on show for new patients. Or a leaflet letting them known how things work i.e. clothes, cleaning. Essential living items available when asked.
