The flooring in my bedroom was unclean and the toilet basin needs replacing. More rolls of toilet paper is needed.

On arrival, more information should be given for the Pt and family, about rules and routines and what to expect not just the legal rights info pack. Family should also be given an info pack, it can be daunting to have to ask to find things out at first.
