Hazel wood has been of great support to me and have helped me holistically. Staff have been highly patient and empathetic to all my needs during my time and planning for when I leave. They are a testament to the good practice in the NHS. I have nothing but gratitude.

Staff and patients have been very kind and friendly towards me at all times. I have been treated with respect and my wishes have been met. I feel I'm at a safe place.

My experience has been amazing. I really thank and appreciate the staff for the patience, attention and care.

Better interaction with staff and people on the ward. Maybe morning/day briefs to know what is going on throughout the day.

More often than not staff are approachable but sometimes I don't think they listen
