Staff are very understanding and there to listen.

No just would prefer facilities in bedroom (like toilet and shower)

Better co-ordinating of some got her cleanliness matters in patients shared bathrooms, dirty cloths left by one patient on bathroom floor not removed for several days. Patient complaint needed before actioned.

Better communication with matters reported by ward staff (many times for same issue eg light bulb needs replacing) and estates/ maintenance responding timely.

Some of the staff are excellent and staff are good.

Night staff are rude.

I am struggling with a very painful, had which I am getting help with. In a mental health service it is very helpful to get support with physical health needs too./nI am thankful for this support.
