The staff are very kind caring and patient and always make time to talk to you. I feel safe here and it’s not been an unpleasant experience as the staff are so careing. Thank you to all the staff on willow vale ward from Beth F

It’s not as clean as it could be but not too bad. Some staff need to be a little more understanding but the majority are amazing
