Share review of St Michael's Hospital

The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 for catering is not representative of the staff and their efforts. The staff are absolutely incredible and friendly and are very accommodating e.g.jacket potato and beans and cheese when we don’t like the menu choices. And just generally so kind when people aren’t feeling like food. I’d just say one thing, if the food options could be a little more heathy that would be amazing.

I can’t think of anything ~ I have been treated with dignity and respect the entire journey long. The staff and staff behind the scenes make it the most homely environment possible despite it being a mental health hospital which sounds scary. They have made me feel welcome and at home and at no point threatened or scared. It’s so heart warming to know how empathetic this team is~ they get the balance between fun and laughter and serious matters SO right it’s unreal. Everyone who is admitted in the future has nothing to worry about no matter their circumstances. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I honestly am eternally grateful to each and every one of you.
