When I was not well I felt the staff lacked understanding of my situation. They appeared to have no time for me; hostile. As I improved, the situation became easier and relationship with most staff improved also.

At times, there were staff shortages. In the presence of vulnerable patients there should always have been a staff member within close contact in case of need. This was not always the case.
