I am scared of the patient fights and loud noises and shouting. I’m not safe because of the fights. And the same key for each room. I’m not safe for people looking into my room which I know it cannot be helped as you have to check us if we are okay. The location is clean but the bean bags are dirty. The towels still has stains on it.

Thank you for the ear defenders. Also I thank you for the stress ball. I still feel unsafe about the people looking in my room but I understand that cannot be helped. I understand that having the same key can help quick access to rooms for safety but at the same time it’s unsafe. The bean bags should be cleaned. And no stains on the towels.
