I was encouraged to do the exercises which were well-explained.
I was helped to improve and was told why each exercise was of importance.
I felt I was cared about and in safe hands and the exercises seemed very appropriate for my needs - which are to be able to walk unaided (I think this is mostly to do with balance and confidence).
