Clear instructions/directions and courteous.
Didn't have to wait too long either. Here at 09:00 and seen by 09:30.

Marios made sure that he had worked and the necessary parts - even when we had a joint exercise class (although he is rubbish at counting!) which we all enjoyed but asked like mad afterwards.
I can't thank the team enough - they and all the other staff have given me my life back - thank you.
