The staff answered questions in a timely manner. They didi everything in their power to keep my pain under control. They were friendly towards my visitors and accommodating offering them tea e.t.c. Very professional as well.

I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness throughout. Having spent almost a week here being cared for and fed I think there should be some mechanism for patients to be able to re-compurse the hospital in respect of the food and board provided, as this is a cost they would have to bear if they were not ill.
