My initial nervousness was listened to and reassuring factual details and plans for action, patiently explained. The professionalism was evident 24 hrs and given in a caring and loving manner by the staff. I felt upset that on some days for example Saturday, the staff seemed very stretched. It only takes a handful of patients with needs, to upset the balance but I was looked after wonderfully throughout the whole of my stay.
