Ambulance arrived quite promptly and crew looked after me very well.
Despite busy staff, have been seen and processed V/promptly and efficiently and with thoughtfulness.

Excellent nurse practitioner (who unbelievably is leaving because of uncertainty about the Beacon centre).
You cannot close it where are people to go with accidents etc?
