Despite a mix up with my appointment I was seen as per my appointment time.
Confusion was caused by the clinic booking system.
Staff were efficient in sorting the problem.

What happens if you have a disabled badge and you have an appointment that is not in the main hospital you have a long way to walk to take your badge also if you are in a disabled bay you have to display your badge so then you have to go back to car to get it then go to reception or security.
