Upon entering I was greeted and acknowledged by the person on reception which was a vast improvement on the last time I was here some years ago when the lady ignored me for several minutes, was blunt and was clearly in the wrong job. But I don't want to dwell on that because this appointment couldn't have gone better. Audiologist was approachable, patient and explained clearly the process, then guided me through my options.
