As I am somewhat disabled I needed help in undressing before MRI scan. Fortunately I asked in advance when I was impressed in not only receiving a text reminder of my ailment but someone rang me on my landline to confirm that I was attending today! (2 Feb' 18) Jess was a lovely girl looked after me to change into the gowns also dressed me afterwards I commend her care as well as Carol and any, the radiographers. Only area of difficulty was lack of rail in disabled toilet. This could easily be remedied. Many thanks.
