The receptionist at the A and E department seemed to lack any empathy, came across quite cold and had no emotion.
I don't like coming to hospitals and that first impression didn't help. Her name is Dee.
There was a woman on the waiting area who was clearly in a lot of distress and was just left to it. She wasn't treated in a quick or caring manner.
The nurse I saw was lovely, very caring and I did not feel judged. She made the trip to A and E a lot better.
