Friendly smiles and assistance from arrival to leaving.
Swift action from busy receptionist. Nurse available within a few minutes. Efficiently arranged an appt. for 1st available slot @ Fracture clinic. Waiting room was bright, clean and although fairly busy, all visitors were cheerful, reading of chatting. Good experience which carried through to the Fracture Clinic which amazingly coped with many visitors.
