Care and help very good but cause demand is high and staffing sometimes short. Small but important details need to be sharpened i.e ask for bedpan staff busy bleeper turned off left to own devices. When one the commode it does help if you are given toilet paper or tissue. Found whatever you asked for people always called away before they can complete their task. 2 wards involved Luccombe and Alverstone.
