Information re discharge (on final day) :-) very difficult for family to get back to hospital when called as hospital number couldn't take incoming calls. Patients and family need to organize injection. Far too drawn out re discharge causing unnecessary stress. No clear information. Care good though, thank you. Given morning drinks at breakfast would be good. Better discharge procedure required as undermines good work done.
