Nothing could be improved. The receptionist was polite, efficient and thorough. I arrived early for my appointment and Caroline was able to give me an earlier slot to see the mammographer - I hadn't even asked for one! Sure the mamographer was professional, gentle, gave very easily, understood instructions and answered my questions very fully. She offered advice about my breast care which is already proving to be helpful. Visiting this department was a quality experience as the staff I saw are a cohesive team with excellent communication skills with patients and other staff. The ambiance of this department is one of caring, efficient service where nothing is too much trouble. Patients are put at their ease throughout the process. It is a service to be proud of.
