Personal. Treated with dignity understanding. Helpful not rushed. Wish there was not always answer phone- some people are probably desperate to talk. I was given some worrying infor which in the end I did not need. Too much into too soon perhaps. Gauge the intelligence of the patient. Some have good grasp already. Some not.
